As a Fitness coach I want to give you some tips to combat food cravings, this will be decisive in any transformation process.

Eating anxiety is understood as that permanent desire to eat, at any time, despite being satiated, in other words eating compulsively. 

Despite having this type of anxiety, you can be calm, it is a situation that you can work on and change.

With these tips to combat food cravings, what we seek is to prolong the feeling of satiety. 

This good habit will help you in the purpose of losing weight from home, remember that with me you can achieve it through personalized training.

Stay hydrated

The hydration of the body is very important if you want to feel satiety, this is why you should increase your fluid intake. 

As you hydrate, you eliminate toxins and at the same time, your body will be satisfied and energetic. 

Hydration should preferably be with water, remember that we are talking about healthy habits so sugary drinks have no place in this advice to combat food cravings.

Choose foods with fiber

Foods rich in fiber help you fight food cravings, as they prolong the feeling of satiety. 

Foods rich in fiber also have many benefits for the body. 

Fiber can be found in fruits, whole grains, vegetables, legumes and nuts. 

Exercise 

When we exercise the body releases endorphins which are the hormones that control anxiety and stress, two triggers of food cravings.

Have a healthy Nutrition

Having a healthy diet does not mean eating little or starving, on the contrary, a healthy Nutrition will suggest between 5 and 6 meals a day.
